Exchange and return policy :

Can I have a refund or an exchange? 

For all regular priced items as well as items that are 15% or less off. We accept exchanges and credit notes. But we do not offer refunds. 

Items over 15% off are final sale. 

We are flexible on exchanges and work on a case-by-case basis. So if ever you are not eligible for an exchange do not hesitate to write to us at [email protected] and will be happy to help you!

 

Can I get a price adjustment if an item i purchased later goes on sale?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on any products

Can i try the items before my purchase? 

Of course, we have a small boutique in Mirabel with fitting rooms. Please reserve a shopping time before your visit.

Is it possible to cancel an order that has not yet been sent? 

Order cancellation is not possible. It is important to check everything carefully before placing the order. 

 

Is it possible to make a change in my order if it has not yet been sent? 

You can make a request to modify items in your order at [email protected]. If possible, we will be happy to help you. However, we do not guarantee any modification and the item may be sent before the order modification request is processed. Please check your items carefully before placing your order. 

 

How can I be sure that my purchase was made correctly? 

When an order is placed, we send a receipt with all the information by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at [email protected].

 

I received a gift card or I have a promotional code, how do I use it?  

When checking out, right before the payment you must enter the code received. Note that it is only possible to use one promotional code per order. It will therefore be up to you to use the one that is most advantageous.
